Terezín Memorial
5-hour bus + on foot tour, entrance fee included. The tour takes visitors to Terezín, a former garrison town originally built by Emperor Joseph II at the end of the 18th century as an ingenious system of military fortresses for protecting the kingdom. Terezín was completely changed and converted into a Jewish Ghetto and concentration camp during World War II.
