The Jizerské Mountains
THE JIZERSKÉ MOUNTAINS are the northernmost mountain range of the Czech Republic, and are part of the ‘natural border’ between the Czech Republic and Poland. The wet climate of this region is the reason behind the unique local flora (the area was declared a protected natural reserve) as well as the very favourable climate conditions for winter sports.
