Karlova Studánka is located in the centre of Jeseníky mountain range, at the foot of Praděd, the highest mountain in the area. The range was created during the region active volcanic past, and the appearance of the local curative springs is also the product of the
‘violent’ past. The spa has seven natural mineral springs, first of which was discovered in 1880. Most of the spa buildings also date to late 19th or early 20th centuries. Besides the mineral natural resources, Jeseníky is famous for its clean air and favourable climate conditions. Tradition says you can find the best air in Central Europe in this region. The spa also offers conference capacity of various sizes, from smaller lounges to meeting halls for up to 180 persons.
