Kutná Hora
KUTNÁ HORA is a charming small town situated east of Prague. The town is criss-crossed with picturesque narrow lanes and streets dating back to the early Middle Ages. It has many historical buildings, churches and attractions, such as a stone fountain, stone houses, a charnel house, old silver mines, and other Medieval monuments, some of which have been listed in UNESCO register of world heritage sites: The Gothic St. James’ Church,
St. Barbara’s Cathedral, the former mint – ‘Vlašský Dvůr’ (Italian Court) from the 13th century, and patrician houses in the centre of the town.
