Golf resort Karlovy Vary is the oldest golf course in the Czech Republic, established in 1904 in the valley of the river Tepla. Expanded in 1933 by the famous French architect C. Noskowski, the 18-hole course is characterized by its hilly terrain on an area of 55 hectares.The standard of maintanance is very high and the course has hosted a number of international events.  A curiosity of the resort is the presence of the endangered species Pouched Marmot which is considered to be a mascot of the golf club. Full range of services is offered, including a golf shop, teaching PROs, club rental, electric golf carts and trolleys for rent, restaurant with terrace and bar.
